Sound familiar?

Example copy, not real quotes
I reported the gate three times. Nobody will even tell me if someone has seen it.
Owner, Block B
I scroll through 200 messages just to find out whether the leak got fixed.
Tenant, Unit 22
It's Sunday night and I'm a trustee answering DMs about a light bulb.
Trustee

How it works

From a WhatsApp message to a public status, with nobody in the middle.

What's inside

Small tools that take work off a volunteer committee.

Who runs this complex

Residents see exactly who to expect an answer from, and when. No more guessing whose job it is.

A QR poster for the lift lobby

Print it once. Anyone who scans it lands on your status page, with a report button.

A digest nobody has to write

Every Monday at 08:00, WhatsApp does the update for you.

Private by default

The public sees the issue. Only trustees see who raised it.

A command palette for trustees

Hit Cmd K, type a few letters, and jump to a ticket, assign it or mark it resolved. Built for the trustee who has four minutes between meetings.

FAQ

Questions trustees ask first.

Do residents have to install anything?

No. They message a WhatsApp number they already know how to use. They get a ticket reference and a link back, and that is all they need.

Who can see what on the public status page?

Anyone with the link sees the ticket reference, a short trustee-written title, the category and the status. Resident names, phone numbers and the original messages stay private to the trustees.

Is it POPIA compliant?

It is built with POPIA in mind: we collect only what we need to run the log, and personal details never appear on public pages. Your body corporate stays the responsible party, so we are not a legal sign-off. Ask us for the data-handling summary.

What happens if a resident's message isn't clear?

It still becomes a ticket, marked New, with the resident's own words visible only to trustees. A trustee can add a public title, set the category and ask a follow-up from the inbox.

Can our managing agent use it too?

Yes. Trustees and managing agents can each be given access to the board, and the Who runs this card on your status page shows residents who to expect an answer from.

How long does set-up take?

The demo status page you can open from this site runs on the same product. We import your units, invite your trustees and print your QR poster together on a short call.
